Tyson Murphy

Tyson Murphy currently serves as the Director of Technical Services at Turner Mining Group, with responsibility for engineering and technical services at Turner's contract mining operations across a diverse range of commodities and mining scales.  Prior to joining TMG, Tyson held various roles in mine engineering and operations management at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.'s iron ore surface mining operation

Tyson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2004 followed by his Master of Science degree in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2006.
